Steve McClaren
One manager we haven't been linked with as usual is Steve McClaren. Doing really well with Derby and plays good football. I was just wondering what people's thoughts on him are? A good fit for West Ham? Or a joker?

Going to Newcastle if Derby do not get promoted.

He isn't a "winner" like Allardyce but I would like to see his interviews with a Danny Dyer accent

Re: Steve McClaren
NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS

Not that I don't think he's a decent manager, but he is never a West Ham manager. He is the sort of bloke that crumbles under real pressure, he's got the charisma of cat-weasel, and can you imagine how he'd react if and when things started to go a bit wrong, with our crowd on his back?

One thing you'd have to say about Allardcye, he is thick skinned enough to deal with our crowd. McClaren would fold like a pack of cards.

This is why I want Bilic. I think it takes a certain sort of character to get our fans onside, it's not so much when the going's good, it's when things go a bit wrong you need a real strong personality, because we can be a proper tough crowd at times. I think Bilic just fits the mould for us, and yes, it does help that he has played for the club, and understands what we're all about.

McClaren would be a terrible fit for West Ham, and he himself knows it, which is why he has turned the job down before.

We offered this wally the West Ham job before and he turned us down for the mighty Boro

Re: Steve McClaren
And off that back of that got to a European final, managed England and then won a league title

What a wally!

Re: Steve McClaren
Sorry wally was the wrong word CUNT is more like, something you both have in common although I doubt he's as much as cowardly, lying one.

I'd love it... he'd do TV interviews with a shit Cockney accent (think Dick VD in Mary Poppins)

When I say European final - I mean won the league cup!

I hope KIA is furiously typing away to try and prove ME wrong whilst I write this. ... Let's press "Post Message" to see

Agree completely with Eerie. He doesn't look like the sort of character who deals with pressure well.

Won't take him seriously until he gets rid of that silly little treasure island from the front of his nut.

Bollocks! KIA missed the opportunity

I didn't realise he would still be focusing on me being a coward for not going to his chosen pub at chosen time with all his mates backing him up there to have meet.

You surely would have been fine though, what with your extensive knowledge of KM? No reason not to turn up for such a tough guy like yourself eh??

Re: Steve McClaren
You really can't use "managed England" as a positive. He was fucking abysmal and the reason we didn't qualify for Euro 2008.

Cunt.

Sold - So you think walrus will be here next season then? You haven't mentioned that before. Have you seen gaurdian of the galaxy before?

As for McClaren??? I can't believe that anyone takes him seriously. A clueless, grinning clown. He is fucking it up at Derby the same as he did last season. they will not go up. Would love to see him end up at Newcastle, would be a complete disaster, but would be fun to watch.
